Quality and Warranty

Newformsdesign, to ensure efficient service makes products sold to sample check before being shipped. Recall that the customer always receives the guarantee of the manufacturer. Products sold benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

• Article 1641 of the Civil Code: The seller is required to guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is responsible, or reduce such use so that the buyer would never bought or would have paid a lower price for it if they had known.

 There are products that have the possibility of extended warranties, this may change in the mode and duration and all the relative information are specified in the "warranty" delivered with the product.
 
The "warranty" does not cover damage, breakage or malfunction due to the failure to respect the precautions for use.
 
To activate the warranty, the customer must return the product to Newformsdesign at his own expense, enclosing the original invoice. Newformsdesign at his own expense will replace and send the new product that will be the same as above, except for products ceased production, in which case Newformsdesign will reimburse the price of the product to the customer.
