3 ply structure
The 3-layer body (Steel-Aluminium-Steel) assures perfect and consistent heat distribution from the base to the whole surface; the Lagoplan® technology provides a 5-layer base for perfect cooking control.
Lagoplan® base
High thickness, 3-layer Steel-Aluminium-Steel base. The casting of 2 metals creates total integration of the base with the body of the pot, assuring optimal heat distribution along the entire surface.
Cherry wood lid
The internal insulating steel lining assures heat and internal humidity are better retained. Furthermore, the lid can be turned over and used as a pot stand.
