It can be used on all direct heat sources: gas, electric or halogen (with a disk for induction) and in the oven.
Flame ceramic has been designed particularly to simmer, exalting the flavours of the recipe.
The lid has an unique shape, which allows to the vapor to circulate and helps the ingredients to remain tender and wet.
Ideal for 4-6 portions.
